Lead statuses

Common Lead Statuses


New: A lead that has recently entered the system and hasn't been contacted. 
Contacted: A lead that has been contacted, whether by email, phone, or other means. 
Qualified: A lead that has been deemed a good fit for your product or service. 
Working: A lead that is actively being pursued by a sales representative. 
Closed-Won: A lead that has been successfully converted into a customer. 
Closed-Lost: A lead that has reached the end of the sales cycle without completing the desired action. 
Unqualified: A lead that is not a good fit for your product or service. 
Open: A lead that has been assigned to a sales representative, but there hasn't been any official activity yet. 
In Progress: A lead that is actively being worked on by a sales representative. 
Open Deal: A lead that has an open opportunity associated with it. 
Attempted to Contact: A lead that has been attempted to be contacted, but the contact was unsuccessful. 
Connected: A lead that has been successfully contacted and engaged. 
Bad Timing: A lead that is not ready to buy at this time. 
Nurture: A lead that is a potential target but not ready to buy at this time. 
Inactive Customer: A customer who has stopped using the product or service. 
Canceled: A previously paying customer that canceled the service.
